Q: Why is Kyckr different?

Q: What types of information can I find?
The types of information you can search, and purchase will depend on the corporate registry in that region. Typically, you can expect to find Company Profiles, Historical Extracts, Credit Reports, Director Reports and more.
In select regions, you can also receive alerts when changes occur to a company through our smart online monitoring, Company Watch.
In addition, you can check VAT numbers, request new investigations and credit reports – all online.
Q: Are all documents in English?
No. Depending on your search, you may find documentation is only available in the native language to the country selected, such as China.
Q: What if I can't find something I'm looking for?
If you can't find what you're looking for, that document may not be available in the official register for that region. For new investigations and special requests, get in touch with our support team for more information.
Q: How do I receive my order?
Once your order has been successful, we'll notify you via email when your document arrives. It'll also be made available in your Dashboard under My Profile.
Q: Why should I provide my Tax number?
VAT number (Europe)
If you have a VAT ID number registered through the European Commission, you may be eligible for a 0% tax rate on your Kyckr document purchases.
You may enter your VAT number upon sign up to a new Kyckr registration account.
Q: How do I pay for my documents?
You may pay for your documents via credit card. We use secure credit card payment processors and transaction details are encrypted.
Q: Do you offer post-paid billing options?
Yes, under our Kyckr for Business plan. Flexible post-paid billing options give your business freedom to find what you need, without the hassle of managing credit card or payment options.

Q: What is the expected delivery time for documents?
Most of Kyckr’s online documents are available instantly – the delivery time for documents is available when you search for a company.
Delivery times are calculated depending on:
- The registry opening hours and delivery times
- Global time zone differences
New investigations and fresh requests will take longer to process and expected delivery times will be advised by our support team.
Q: How do my documents arrive?
Documents will be sent to your registered email address and available to view/download online
Q: How can I track my document order?
The progress of your order may be viewed under My Profile > Purchase History. Refer to the status to identify
- Pending status – The document is still being processed
- Complete status – The order has been fulfilled and is available
Q: What happens if I don't receive my document?
If your document has not arrived within the delivery timeframe, get in touch with our Support team and log a ticket.
Q: How can I get in touch with Support?
